The discussion of this paper, first discusses the meaning of contract in a comparative study of fiqh, then discusses the pillars and conditions of a contract in a comparative study of fiqh, and finally discusses the validity, legal consequences and termination of the contract as well as a comparison of fiqh regarding anonymous contracts. According to <em>Syāfi'iyah</em>, <em>Mālikiyah</em>, and <em>Hānabilah</em>, a contract is anything that someone intends to do, whether it arises from one will, then according to <em>Wahbah az-Zuhailī</em>, a contract is an agreement between two wills to give rise to legal consequences, either in the form of giving rise to obligation, transfer it, transfer it, or stop it, whereas according to <em>Hanafiyah</em> and <em>Musṭahfā Ahmad az-Zarqā</em>, in terms of terms, a contract is a relationship between consent and qabul according to the provisions of the sharia.' The pillars of a contract according to <em>Hanafiyah</em> are only consent and acceptance, whereas according to non-<em>Hanafiyah</em> a contract has three pillars, namely <em>'aqid</em>, <em>ma'qud 'alaih</em> and <em>shighat</em>. Meanwhile, according to contemporary Islamic legal experts, there are four pillars of a contract, namely <em>al-'āqida'in</em>, <em>ṣigatul-'aqd</em>, <em>maḥalul-'aqd</em>, and <em>mauḍū' al-'aqd</em>. According to <em>Hanafiyah</em>, the levels of invalidity and validity of a contract are five levels, namely: <em>baṭil</em> contract, <em>fāsid</em> contract, <em>mauqūf </em>contract, <em>nafiz gair lāzim</em> contract, and <em>nafiz lāzim</em> contract, whereas according to others there is no distinction between a void contract and a <em>fāsid</em> contract, for them both are contracts that cancelled. Then the legal consequences of a contract can have an impact on the parties and on the contents of the contract. Pembahasan paper ini, pertama dibahas tentang pengertian akad dalam kajian perbandingan <em>fiqh</em>, kemudian dibahas rukun dan syarat akad dalam kajian perbandingan <em>fiqh</em>, dan terakhir dibahas keabsahan, akibat hukum, dan terminasi akad serta perbandingan fiqh tentang akad tak bernama. Akad menurut <em>Syāfi’iyah, Mālikiyah</em>, dan <em>Hānabilah</em>, akad adalah segala sesuatu yang diniatkan oleh seseorang untuk dikerjakan, baik timbul karena satu kehendak, kemudian menurut <em>Wahbah az-Zuhailī</em>, akad adalah kesepakatan dua kehendak untuk menimbulkan akibat-akibat hukum, baik berupa menimbulkan kewajiban, memindahkannya, mengalihkan, maupun menghentikannya, sedangkan menurut <em>Hanafiyah</em> dan <em>Musṭahfā Ahmad az-Zarqā</em> secara istilah akad adalah pertalian antara ijab dan qabul menurut ketentuan <em>syara</em>.’ Rukun akad menurut <em>Hanafiyah</em> hanya ijab dan kabul, sedangkan menurut selain Hanafiyah akad memiliki tiga rukun yaitu <em>'aqid</em>, <em>ma'qud 'alaih</em> dan <em>shighat</em>. Sedangkan Rukun akad menurut ahli-ahli hukum Islam kontemporer, rukun akad ada empat, yaitu <em>al-‘āqida’in</em>, <em>ṣigatul-‘aqd</em>, <em>maḥalul-‘aqd</em>, dan <em>mauḍū’ al-‘aqd. </em>Menurut Hanafiyah tingkatan kebatalan dan keabsahan akad menjadi lima peringkat, yaitu: akad <em>baṭil,</em> akad <em>fāsid</em>, akad<em> mauqūf</em>, akad <em>nafiz gair lāzim</em>, dan akad <em>nafiz lāzim</em>, sedangkan menurut yang lain tidak membedakan akad batal dan akad <em>fāsid</em>, bagi mereka keduanya adalah akad yang batal. Kemudian akibat hukum suatu akad dapat berakibat terhadap para pihak dan terhadap isi pada akad. The study's value lies in the potential to provide useful recommendations to stakeholders like the government, certification agencies, and MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), with the objective of increasing awareness and implementation of halal certification in Indonesia. Although halal certification regulations have been in place since 2014, there seems to be a discrepancy in awareness and comprehension among producers. The study aims to comprehend why there are varied levels of knowledge and compliance with halal certification regulations among producers and what factors contribute to these disparities. The researchers used a qualitative methodology and conducted in-depth interviews with seven business operators representing various sectors within the food industry. Their analysis delved into the legal culture theory to gain insight into producers' understanding and behavior regarding halal certification regulations. The research outcomes suggest a discrepancy in the level of halal certification regulation awareness among producers. Despite the existence of regulations since 2014, some producers remain noncompliant and uninformed of these rules.&nbsp; Besides, certain producers, dedicated to upholding product quality, might not wholly comprehend the protocol and procedures of halal certification. The need for housing is a primary need and until now houses are still a rarity for most Indonesian people. Not everyone can afford to buy a house in cash. In connection with the collaboration between BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta and PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) as a secondary housing finance company, and in order to realize the community's need for home ownership, BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta issued KPR Syariah iB Hebat product. Sharia Mortgage (KPR) is a type of service provided by BPRS to customers to obtain housing loan financing based on a sharia contract. This research aims to describe the implementation of sharia contract in the letter of agreement on KPR Syariah iB Hebat products at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This research used a qualitative approach, descriptive, field research. The results obtained, the implementation of contract agreements in BPRS must pay attention to legal aspects and positive legal regulations which have a very important position so that they can provide legal basis and prevent risks that have an impact on BPRS, on the other side, sharia principles must also be considered in implementing these agreements. The contract used in the KPR Syariah iB Hebat product at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is a murabahah contract (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah), istishna’ parallel (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 22/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning Sale and Purchase of Istishna’ Parallel), and musyarakah mutanaqishah (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008 concerning Musyarakah Mutanaqishah). The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) as the holder of fatwa authority has given fatwas related to Sukuk as stated in fatwa No. 137/DSN-MUI/IX/2020 in which there are ahkam hadiths as the legal basis. This study aims to analyze takhrij studies and study the meaning of hadith on ahkam muamalah hadiths contained in DSN-MUI fatwas on Sukuk. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach. The results of this study show that the ahkam muamalah hadith contained in the DSN-MUI fatwa on sukuk generally explains the principle of sharia agreement&nbsp; in the form <em>of 'an taradhin</em> classified as dhoif&nbsp; hadith in the category of <em>majhul</em> hadith.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Sukuk merupakan salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah yang dilakukan oleh negara untuk membiayai pembangunan infrastruktur nasional dan juga menjadi salah satu model investasi dari beberapa produk Surat Berharga Negara. Bagi masyarakat Mandailing bahwa perkawinan merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilangsungkan secara agama dan adat. Pelaksanaan rangkaian adat pada perkawinan menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dengan rangkaian agama pada upacara perkawinan. Bahkan, untuk sebagian daerah bahwa perkawinan yang belum dituntaskan bagian-bagian adatnya, maka hal tersebut belum dianggap sempurna sebagai sebuah rangkaian perkawinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pergeseran pemahaman sebagian masyarakat Mandailing terkait rangkaiat adat dalam perkawinan khususnya di desa Purba Baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Dalam mengumpulkan data primer, maka dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk data skunder, maka dilakukan studi pustaka terkait objek yang diteliti. Selanjutnya data-data temuan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan sejumlah rangkaian adat pada masyarakat Mandailing khususnya di desa Purba Baru telah mengalami perubahan.
