Reformasi Sumber Daya Manusia di Kelembagaan Pendidikan Islam Menghadapi Era. 4.0
Abstract
Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Reformasi sumber daya manusia di kelembagaan Pendidikan Islam terutama pada era 4.0 saat ini. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kajian Pustaka dengan beberapa tahapan penelitian yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data dari artikel dan buku yang terkait dengan topik, serta menganalisis data untuk selanjutnya dibahas dan disimpulkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia. Proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia juga sangat penting bagi pemerintah, penyelenggara pendidikan, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan, serta peserta didik yang ingin mencapai tujuan, visi, dan misi tersebut. Proses peningkatan mutu pendidikan meliputi pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ditopang oleh sarana prasarana, keinginan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, ketimpangan yang wajar, serta administrasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan
